Zoom CEO Eric Yuan told The Wall Street Journal that he personally experienced “Zoom fatigue.”
One day last year, he had 19 videoconferences in a row, Yuan told the newspaper.
“I’m so tired of that,” he said. He now no longer schedules back-to-back meetings.
The company also now recommends taking one call or meeting per day during an outdoor walk, according to Zoom CFO Kelly Steckelberg, as reported by CNBC. She also recommends scheduling meetings for 25 or 55 minutes, instead of 30 minutes or an hour, to allow for short breaks.
