USAA, an U.S. auto-insurance company, will allow its employees in San Antonio, TX, and several other cities to continue working remotely after the pandemic ends, San Antonio Report wrote.
The company plans to “reimagine our workplace,” by permitting its 36,000 employees to work flexibly depending on their roles, the news site reported.
“Whether in an office, at home, or working in a hybrid manner, our goal is to enable employees to have greater flexibility and ability to continue to serve our members with excellence,” USAA spokesman Christian Bove was cited as saying in an email by San Antonio Report.
