Princess Cruises is seeking vaccinated U.K. remote workers to live aboard their ships, Phocus Wire reported.
Because the ships feature advanced technology such as “land-like” wifi connectivity, living and working onboard now are a long-term option for remote workers, John Padgett, chief of experience and innovation for Princess Cruises’ parent company, was cited as saying in the report.
“It’s not every other stateroom, it’s not every third stateroom, it’s not only in the hallway and opening up the door,” he said. “It’s every public area, every guest area, every stateroom, every deck. There is no exception.”
“I have complete confidence in it, anywhere in the world and anyplace on the ship,” he added.
