One in seven jobs advertised in Ireland offer remote work: Report

About one in seven job openings being advertised in Ireland offer a remote-work option, Silicon Republic reported.

The top industries in the country offering remote work are software and IT services, followed by corporate services and financial services, the news site said, citing a study by IDA Ireland.

The report, which covered a three-month period from July to September 2021, defined a remote position as one where the job poster explicitly labelled it as remote or if the job listing contained keywords such as ‘”work from home.”
