Sixty-five percent of employees working remotely are anxious about returning to the office, according to a survey conducted by Blind, an anonymous online community of professionals.
Forty-seven percent of professional workers are “very concerned” about the health risks associated with an in-office return, while 15 percent don’t plan to return to the office, the survey found. About 43 percent of those polled are “very concerned” about professional and social interaction with co-workers, it said.
Half of those surveyed said their leading concern was managing “home-care logistics.”
Blind polled more than 4,200 professionals in early April 2021. It did not disclose the location of those surveyed.
