LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton will require the U.S. corporate staff of Tiffany & Co. the luxury jewelry business it acquired in January, to return to working in their offices for two days a week starting March 1, The Wall Street Journal reported.

A hybrid approach to remote working is “critical at this time of change,” the Paris-based maker of luxury goods told employees in a memo, the newspaper said, citing people familiar with the situation.

Tiffany has more than 14,000 employees, including about 5,000 in the United States, the report said.

The newspaper added that U.S.-based employees for other LVMH companies such as Dior have been working under a hybrid model since September, and the two-day in-person schedule is currently popular in France.
