Hundreds of bankers working for JPMorgan and Goldman Sachs returned to London offices as the U.K. lifted its “stay at home” guidance on March 29, Bloomberg News reported.

About 15 percent of JPMorgan employees in the city — 1,800 people — were working in the office in late March and early April,  up from about 10  percent in late December, Bloomberg said, citing a person familiar with the matter.

Goldman Sachs expects an increase in in-office employee attendance to reach about 20 percent of its 6,000 workers in London within weeks, the report said.
