BP has told its global office staff that they will work from home two days a week post-pandemic, The Times reported.
At the same time, the London-based oil giant recognizes the value of in-person collaboration and so will maintain in-office presence three days a week, according to the newspaper.
The new hybrid work model will take effect for the 25,000 concerned employees as of this summer, it added.
The hybrid model would offer employees a “more flexible, engaging and dynamic way of working,” The Times reported the company as saying.
