Japan’s NTT Group says it will allow employees to continue working remotely

Japanese tech giant NTT said it will allow a new remote work style for 320,000 workers in response to “post-COVID realities.”

NTT plans to apply the work arrangement globally for those who want to work remotely with an additional option to work in one of their new offices in regional areas in Japan and other places worldwide, the company said.

The plan also will end all staff relocation and new staff will work remotely from the start.
