One in three U.S. workers will look for a new job if they are required to return to the office on a full-time basis after the pandemic ends, a survey by Robert Half showed.

The study also found that 49 percent of employees want a hybrid work model where they work partially remote and partially at the office. Of the remaining workers, 26 percent desire to fully remote a quarter seek a full-time return to the office.

Almost 30 percent of those seeking to return to the office expressed concerns about relationships with colleagues suffering; 26 percent cited concerns about decreased productivity and 20 percent cited worries over fewer career advancement opportunities because of the lack of visibility, the report said.

The Robert Half survey polled more than 1,000 workers in the U.S.
