Ocado Group staff can work remotely abroad, BBC Business says

Ocado Group will allow its staff to work remotely abroad one month a year, The Times reported.

Staff of the U.K. tech firm who worked from home during lockdowns will be able to continue telecommuting from any location around the globe with certain restrictions, the report said.

Employees are still encouraged to return to the office, though the firm wants to offer  “balance and choice,” CEO Claire Ainscough told the newspaper.
